Transactions on the Centi platform are processed rapidly. In fact, 99% of all transactions are processed within 2 seconds. This means customers can make payments quickly and smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Potential Delays affecting customer experience or business operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Centi is designed as a real-time payments experience. The short processing times minimize delays and ensure a seamless customer experience that shouldn\u2019t affect your business operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transaction Limits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For security reasons, Centi allows user transactions up to a limit of 1000 CHF per month. This limit is set to comply with regulatory requirements and ensures the safety and privacy of user data.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer higher exchange limits for clients interested in exchanging higher amounts. Our onboarding process requires a minimum initial transaction of 10k CHF with us due to associated costs of the onboarding process. These exchanges are conducted exclusively through bank transfers, not credit card payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you require a higher transaction threshold per month you can request to be onboarded by writing to support@centi.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payout To Merchant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you provide your bank account details, Centi pays you periodically for all payments collected in either Centi Franc or other forms of digital cash. Currently, only full conversion to local currency is supported for digital cash. All means of payments which you may have issued such as vouchers and coupons you keep after collecting them. These will not be converted for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping Digital Cash vs. Payout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of now there is no such option. If there will be demand by enough merchants to keep some or all of the of the Centi Francs, Bitcoin\u02e2\u1d5b or other digital cash, the implementation of this option might be considered.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
